This Duncan home received the full Solve Roofing treatment, transforming it into a secure, weather-ready residence with a new roof built to last. We started the process with a complete tear-off of the old shingles and thorough disposal of all debris, followed by a careful deck condition check and subdeck preparation to ensure a solid and stable foundation for the new roofing system.

To deliver maximum protection, we installed high-performance waterproofing underlayment and ice and water shield. The roof was then expertly fitted with the new BP Mystique laminated architectural shingles, from the starter shingles to the main shingle layer and finished with ridge cap shingles. We used proper nailing techniques to ensure long-term durability and wind resistance.

We also addressed all the key essentials: flashing, ventilation, and insulation were checked and optimized to improve the roof's efficiency and lifespan. All critical areas were sealed with professional-grade sealants and caulking for a watertight finish.
