We began the process with a complete tear-off of the old shingles and a thorough disposal of all debris, followed by a careful deck condition check and subdeck preparation to ensure a solid and stable foundation for the new roofing system.

The roof was then expertly fitted with high-performance Malarkey Vista shingles, renowned for their enhanced granule adhesion and UV resistance.
